Refund Policy

General

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift Cards,
  • Personalized items
  • Items on sale

    Refund

    The CUSTOMER must contact Pinkley via the following email address: contact@pinkley.lu within 14 days of receiving their package, making sure to attach a photo of the product in question. Any requests outside this timeframe or without a photo will not be considered by Pinkley .

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.

    Shipping

    To return a product, you must send it by post to the following address: 17 avenue Dr. Gaasch L-4818 Rodange (Luxembourg).

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

    Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

    If you are shipping an item valued over €50, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

    Pinkley is not responsible in any way if the returned product does not reach the address indicated above; we will not be required to issue a refund or exchange the item(s).
